Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.


After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify that we have received the item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Upon approval of your refund, we will initiate the processing, and an automatic credit will be applied to your original method of payment or credit card within a designated timeframe.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.


If you marked the item as a gift when making the purchase and we shipped it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return’s value. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.

If the purchaser didn’t mark the item as a gift during purchase or had the order shipped to themselves for later gifting, we will issue a refund to the purchaser. They will be notified about the return and the refund process.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.
